The workmnaship is guilloche red enamel and is decorated with exquisite brass garlands, 3 green and 1 clear/white crystal with tiny faux pearls surrounding the oval picture opening.
The bottom of the frame is hinged and poens from that hinge for a picture to be placed in it. I am listing other fabegre frames which are equally beautiful. Take a look! Szie 2 3/4 x 1 3/4.
